Nahçıvan Gümrük Genel Müdürlüğü ekipleri, İran'dan Türkiye'ye "duvar paneli" taşıyan bir TIR'da 77 kilogramdan fazla uyuşturucu madde ele geçirildi.

Azerbaycan Cumhuriyeti topraklarından geçerek Türkiye’ye ulaşmak isteyen Türk plakalı TIR, Sederek Gümrük Karakolunda dedektör köpek yardımıyla detaylı kontrolden geçirildi. Kontrolde, tırın taşıdığı duvar panellerinin içine gizlenmiş, gümüş renkli folyoya sarılmış 24 paket içinde yekün ağırlığı 77 kilo 150 gram esrar bulundu.

Uyuşturucunun saklanma yönteminin tespit edilmesini zorlaştıracak şekilde tasarlandığı belirtilirken, TIR sürücüsü gözaltına alındı. Yetkililer olayla ilgili soruşturma açıldığını anlatım etti.

Gümrük yetkilileri, yasa dışı ticaretin önlenmesi ve hudut güvenliğinin sağlanması amacıyla denetimlerin sıkı şekilde sürdürüleceğini ve uluslararası işbirlikleriyle suç ağlarının çökertilmesine yönelik çalışmaların kararlılıkla devam edeceğini vurguladılar.
