Cumhurbaşkanlığı kararıyla bir grev yasağına daha imza atıldı…

Öz Büro İş Sendikasının grev kararı, “milli güvenliği bozucu nitelikte” görüldüğü için 60 gün süreyle ertelendi.

Grevin ertelenmesine ilişkin karar, Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan imzasıyla Resmi Gazete’de yayımlandı.

Kararda, Türk Standartları Enstitüsü ve bağlı amel yerlerinde Öz Büro İş Sendikası tarafından alınan grev kararının umumi sağlığı ve milli güvenliği bozucu nitelikte görüldüğünden 60 gün süreyle ertelendiği belirtildi.

Karar, 6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanunu’nun 63’üncü maddesi gereğince alındı.
