İstanbul Anadolu Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı, X platformunda “Ultimatom” adlı hesap hakkında, “dezenformasyon içeren paylaşımlar yapıldığı” gerekçesiyle “Yanıltıcı Bilgiyi Alenen Yayma” suçu kapsamında re’sen soruşturma başlattı. İstanbul Anadolu Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı X sosyal medya platformunda bulunan Ultimatom rumuzlu hesap hakkında re’sen soruşturma başlattığını bildirdi. Başsavcılıktan yapılan açıklamada şu ifadelere yer verildi:

“HESABIN ERİŞİME ENGELLENMESİ TALEBİNDE BULUNULMUŞTUR”

“X sosyal medya platformunda bulunan Ultimatom (@ultimatoms) rumuzlu hesap üzerinden devamlılık halinde dezenformasyon içeren bilgiler yayıldığının tespit edilmesi üzerine 13.11.2025 tarihinde Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığımızca 5237 sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu’nu ‘217/A’ maddesi uyarınca ‘Yanıltıcı Bilgiyi Alenen Yayma’ suçu kapsamında re’sen soruşturma başlatılmış olup, İstanbul Anadolu Nöbetçi Sulh Ceza Hakimliğinden ilgili hesabın erişime engellenmesi talebinde bulunulmuştur.

İstanbul Anadolu Nöbetçi Sulh Ceza Hakimliğinin 13.11.2025 tarihli kararı doğrultusunda anılan hesabı 5651 Sayılı yasanın 8/A maddesi uyarınca erişime engellenmesine karar verilmiştir. Kararın icrası için Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu’na müzekkere yazılmıştır.”
