Çorum’un Sungurlu ilçesinde, aralarında Yazı İşleri Müdürü A.A.’nın da bulunduğu 22 kişi, rüşvet ve zimmet iddialarıyla gözaltına alındı.

Çorum Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı tarafından yürütülen soruşturma kapsamında, Sungurlu Adliyesi İlamat ve İnfaz Bürosu’nda görevli bazı kamu görevlilerinin, kesinleşmiş hapis cezalarına ilişkin dosyalarda usulsüzlük yaparak maddi menfaat sağladıkları öne sürüldü.

Başsavcılıktan yapılan yazılı açıklamada, şüphelilerin yasal koşullar oluşmadığı halde bazı hükümlüler lehine erteleme veya dosya kapatma işlemleri gerçekleştirdiğine dair delillere ulaşıldığı belirtildi.

Açıklamada, iletişimin tespiti kararı kapsamında yürütülen teknik takip sonucu, şüphelilerden birinin suçüstü yakalandığı ve operasyonla beraber “zimmet”, “rüşvet”, “ikna suretiyle irtikap” ve “kamu kurumlarının vasıta olarak kullanılması suretiyle dolandırıcılık” suçlarından işlem yapıldığı bildirildi.

Soruşturmanın fazla yönlü ve titizlikle sürdüğü belirtildi.
