Ankara Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı Sahtecilik ve Dolandırıcılık Suçları Soruşturma Bürosu tarafından yürütülen soruşturma kapsamında, deprem bölgesinde hasar gören araçlar üzerinden gerçekleştirilen organize sahtecilik ve dolandırıcılık faaliyetlerine yönelik geniş çaplı bir operasyon düzenlendi.

Deprem bölgesinde hasarlı araçları piyasa değerinin altında satın meydan şüphelilerin, yurt dışından Türkiye’ye soktukları araçlara bu araçların şase numaralarını işleyerek Kaçakçılık Kanunu’na muhalefet, resmi belgede sahtecilik, nitelikli dolandırıcılık, suç delillerini yok etme, gizleme ve değiştirme suçlarını işledikleri belirlendi.

8 İLDE OPERASYON

Ankara İl Emniyet Müdürlüğü Asayiş Şube Müdürlüğü Oto Hırsızlık Büro Amirliği ile koordineli olarak yürütülen çalışmalar sonucu Ankara merkezli 8 ilde (İstanbul, Bursa, Kırşehir, Sivas, Mersin, Şanlıurfa, Mardin ve Ordu) benzer zamanlı operasyonlar düzenlendi.

Operasyonlarda 39 şüpheli hakkında işlem yapıldı; bunlardan 35’i gözaltına alındı. Emniyetteki işlemlerinin ardından adliyeye sevk edilen şüphelilerden 25’i tutuklama talebiyle mahkemeye çıkarıldı, 9’u için adli kontrol talep edildi, 1 şahıs ise serbest bırakıldı.

Mahkeme tarafından 10 şüpheli tutuklanırken, 24’ü hakkında adli kontrol kararı verildi. 4 şüphelinin yakalanmasına yönelik çalışmaların sürdüğü bildirildi.
