Anayasa Mahkemesinin 4 siyasi partinin mali denetimlerine ilişkin kararları, Resmi Gazete’de yayımlandı.

Buna göre, İYİ Parti’nin 2018 ile 2019 yıllarına, Cihan Partisi, Toplumcu Kurtuluş Partisi ve Sosyalist Emekçiler Partisi’nin de 2020’ye ait mali denetimleri yapıldı.

CİHAN PARTİSİ’NE SUÇ DUYURUSU

İlk inceleme aşamasında, Yüksek Mahkeme, istenen bilgilerin istendiği şekliyle verilmemesi nedeniyle Cihan Partisi’nin sorumluları hakkında 2820 sayılı Siyasi Partiler Kanunu’nun 111. maddesi gereğince Ankara Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığına suç duyurusunda bulunulmasına rey birliğiyle karar verdi.

Anayasa Mahkemesi, temel incelemede ise İYİ Parti, Cihan Partisi, Toplumcu Kurtuluş Partisi ve Sosyalist Emekçiler Partisi’nin belirtilen yıllara ait kesin hesaplarının eldeki bilgi ve belgelere göre doğru, denk ve 2820 sayılı Siyasi Partiler Kanunu’na müsait olduğuna karar verdi.
