Türkiye’de kum zambaklarının en yoğun olarak bulunduğu İzmir’in Selçuk ilçesinde koruma altına alınan kum zambaklarını koparan veya ziyan verenlere 387 bin 141 lira ceza uygulanıyor.

Ancak son günlerde turizm cennetinde amel makinaları ve ATV’lerle koruma altındaki kum zambaklarının yok edilmesine misli tepki gösterildi.

ACİL ÖNLEM ÇAĞRISI

Acil önlem çağrısında bulunan Ekosistemi Koruma ve Doğa Sevenler Derneği (EKODOSD) Başkanı Bahattin Sürücü, “Kum zambakları, ATV motorlarının tekerlekleri altında, yüzlerce aracın kumulları betonlaştırmasıyla, bilinçsiz ziyaretçiler tarafından ezilip ve koparılarak tamamen bitti. Acil önlem alınmalıdır” dedi.
