Protestonun adresi Boğaziçi Üniversitesi mezuniyet töreni oldu. Okullarını bitiren öğrencilerin kep atarak kutladığı mezuniyet töreninde Boğaziçi Üniversitesini bitiren bir talebe diplomasını aldığı anda ayağa kalkarak bir protesto eylemi gerçekleştirdi.

‘İSTİBDAT REJİMİNİN VERDİĞİ DİPLOMA HÜKÜMSÜZDÜR’

Genç mezun o anlarda ayağa kalkarak şu ifadeleri kullandı:

“Müstakbel cumhurbaşkanının diplomasını iptal eden, kafasın göre fakülte açan, kapayan, bölen bu istibdat rejiminin bana vermiş olduğu diploma hükümsüzdür.”

Sözlerini tamamlayan öğrenciye tepki gösterenler olsa da salonun aka çoğunluğu alkışlarla destek verdi
