Boğaziçi Üniversitesi’nde düzenlenen mezuniyet töreninde Sosyoloji bölümünden ‘yüksek onur’ derecesiyle mezun olan Doruk Dörücü, İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediye (İBB) Başkanı Ekrem İmamoğlu’nun tutuklanmasına ve diplomasının iptal edilmesine tepki göstermiş, törende aldığı diplomayı yırtarak “Müstakbel cumhurbaşkanının diplomasını iptal eden, kafasın göre fakülte açan, kapayan, bölen bu istibdat rejiminin bana vermiş olduğu diploma hükümsüzdür.” açıklamasında bulunmuştu.

Evine yapılan baskınla göz altına alınan ve ‘Halkı kin ve nefrete sürükleme veya aşağılama’ suçlaması yönetilen Dörücü’nün, Emniyet’teki anlatım işlemleri tamamlandı.

Dörücü, hastane kontrollerinin ardından mevcutlu olarak İstanbul Adliyesi’ne getirildi.
