Türkiye’de son yıllarda iktidarın her köşeye açtığı AVM’ler tartışma konusu olmaya devam ediyor. Danıştay’ın “kültürel alanlara AVM yapılamaz” kararının ardından, Citymall AVM'nin ruhsatı iptal edildi.

İktidarın her yere alışveriş merkezi (AVM) yapma adımları sonunda her köşeye açılan AVM’lere dair tatışmalar büyüyor. Danıştay’ın ‘kültürel alana AVM yapılamaz’ kararı sonrası, Atakum Belediyesi CITYMALL AVM’deki amel yerlerinin ruhsatlarını iptal etti ve AVM’deki amel yerlerine tebligat gönderdi.

Atakum Belediye Başkan Yardımcısı Suat Yıldız, “Biz amel yeri ruhsatlarını iptal ettik. AVM’yi mühürleme yetkimiz yok. O işlemi büyükşehir belediyesi yapacak” dedi.

Mimarlar Odası Kent İzleme Komitesi Üyesi İshak Memişoğlu, bu kararı doğru bulduğunu fakat önemli olanın süreci nihayete erdirebilmek olduğunu belirterek, “Asıl vazife imar, bu binanın yıkılmasıdır” dedi.
