Bir skandal da çiğköfteden çıktı!

Sosyal medyada yayılan görüntülerde, hijyen kurallarının hiçe sayıldığı çiğ köfte üretimi tepkilere neden oldu. Ambalajda ise “Modifiyeli atmosferde paketlenmiştir” ifadesi dikkat çekti.

Bir çiğ köfte üretim tesisinde kaydedilen ve sosyal medyada hızla yayılan görüntüler, büyük tepki topladı.

Görüntülerde çalışanların eldivensiz çalıştığı görüldü. Tesiste hijyen kuralları hiçe sayıldı, personel ise görüntüleri ‘Bir amel günü de böyle bitti’ ifadeleriyle paylaştı. 

Çiğköfte paketlerine yazılan ifadeler de ortaya çıktı. Hijyen koşullarının hiçe sayıldığı üretim ortamındaki çiğköfte paketlerine “Modifiyeli atmosferde paketlenmiştir” ibaresinin eklendiği öğrenildi.
