İddiaya göre, okul müdürü H.Ş.; mobbing, sözlü şiddet, tehdit, okul aile birliği gelir giderlerinde usulsüzlük ve zimmete nakit geçirme gibi pek fazla fiil nedeniyle İstanbul İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü ve CİMER’e defalarca şikayet edildi. Bunun üzerine okul müdürü için İl Milli Eğitim müfettişleri soruşturma başlattı.

Soruşturma devam ederken halen görevinde olduğu öğrenilen H.Ş. iddiaya göre öğretmenlere ve idarecilere baskıyı sürdürdü. Hakkında ayrıca okul malzemelerini zimmete geçirme, velilerden devamsızlıkları saymama karşılığı nakit alma, devlet makamlarına yalan beyan verme gibi şikayetler bulunan H.Ş.’nin son 3 hafta içinde bu duruma sessiz kalmayan 2 personeli de tazminatsız olarak işten çıkardığı öne sürüldü.
