Serbest bırakılmasının ardından izah yapan Erdinç, sürece ilişkin şu ifadeleri kullandı:

“Adaletin karşısında boynumuz kıldan incedir. Mehmet Akif Ersoy ile olan dostluğuma ilişkin bilgi edinmek istediler. Savcı beye ifademi verdim, bildiklerimi anlattım.”

“TEST YAPILMASINI İSTEDİM”

Erdinç, soruşturma sürecinde saç ve kan testi talebini kendisinin dile getirdiğini belirterek, savcının bu yönde bir ihtiyaç görmediğini söyledi. Savcının, “Saç ve kan testine gerek yoktur, biz dosyada neyin ne olduğunu görüyoruz” dediğini aktaran Erdinç, yargı makamları ne zaman isterse yeniden anlatım vermeye amade olduğunu anlatım etti.

Yetkililer, Erdinç’in yürütülen teknik ve fiziki takip sonucu elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda ifadesine başvurulmak üzere gözaltına alındığını açıkladı. Uyuşturucu soruşturmasına ilişkin adli sürecin devam ettiği bildirildi.

Yaşanan gelişme, kamuoyunda yakından takip edilen soruşturmada yeni bir aşamaya geçildiğini gösteriyor.
