Bayrampaşa Belediyesine yönelik yürütülen yolsuzluk soruşturması kapsamında tutuklanan Özel Kalem Müdürü Rıdvan Öztürk ve Baytaş Müdürü Halil İbrahim İlter, etkin pişmanlık hükümlerinden yararlanarak verdikleri ifadelerin ardından tahliye edildi.

İstanbul Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı tarafından yürütülen soruşturmada, belediye yetkililerinin “irtikap”, “rüşvet”, “nitelikli dolandırıcılık” ve “ihaleye fesat karıştırmak” suçlamalarıyla soruşturulduğu belirtiliyor.

Özel Kalem Müdürü Öztürk, etkin pişmanlık kapsamında ifadesini verdi. Soruşturma kapsamında öbür şüphelilerle ilgili işlemler de sürüyor.
