Cumhurbaşkanı Erdoğan imzasıyla Resmi Gazete'de yayımlanan karara göre, KKTC'de görev yapan erbaş ve erlere de tazminat hakkı doğdu.

Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan Cumhurbaşkanı Kararı ile Kuzey Kıbrıs Türk Cumhuriyeti’nde (KKTC) vazife yapan sözleşmeli erbaş ve erlere de tazminat ödenmesinin önü açıldı.

Cumhurbaşkanı Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’ın imzasıyla yayımlanan karar kapsamında, KKTC’de vazife yapan Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri personeli ile öbür kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarında çalışan personele ödenecek tazminatlarda düzenleme yapıldı.

2002 tarihli ve 2002/3698 sayılı Bakanlar Kurulu Kararı’nın eki tazminat cetveline yeni bir satır eklendi. Buna göre, “Uzman Erbaşlar” satırının ardından “Sözleşmeli Erbaş ve Erler” de tazminat hakkından yararlanabilecek.

Karar, 1 Ocak 2025’ten itibaren geçerli olmak üzere, yayımlandığı tarih itibarıyla yürürlüğe girdi.
